Online Courses: Once a significant portion of the course content has been accessed, cancellations or refunds will not be processed.
Web Design & Development Services: Cancellations are not possible once work has started.
Technical Issues: If you experience issues with accessing or using your digital product (e.g., broken links, corrupted files), please report it to us within 2 days of the issue. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, such as a replacement or access to the correct content..
Misrepresentation: If the content you receive does not match the description on our website (e.g., incorrect or missing modules), please contact us within 2 days so we can address it.
If you're not completely satisfied with your online course purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process under the following conditions:
