Cancellation Requests

We will consider cancellations only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, please note that we cannot entertain cancellation requests once the orders have been communicated to our vendors or merchants, and they have begun the shipping process.

Exclusions for Cancellation

AUEMONIX TECH OPC PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, food products, or similar goods. However, in case of any issues with the quality of the product, we will offer a refund or replacement after investigation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive any damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team immediately. We will process your request once the merchant confirms the issue. All requests regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.

If the product does not match the images or descriptions on our website or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action.

Warranty Claims

For items that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. If AUEMONIX TECH OPC PRIVATE LIMITED approves a refund, please allow 9-15 days for the refund to be processed.

Online Courses

If you're not completely satisfied with your online course purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process under the following conditions:

  • Refund Request: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase via email at .
  • Eligibility: Refunds will only be granted if you have not substantially accessed the course content (e.g., a significant portion of the course has not been watched).

Web Design & Development Services

Our web design and development services are tailored to each client's needs. Therefore, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. However, if you are not satisfied with the progress, please contact us to discuss potential resolutions.

  • Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days from the project start date.
  • Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be considered for any unfinished work or services.
  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for completed projects or services already delivered.
