General Terms

At AUEMONIX TECH OPC PRIVATE LIMITED, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we’ve created a customer-friendly return and cancellation policy for our digital products and services. Please review the following terms carefully.

Cancellation Requests

Digital Products & Services: We allow cancellations only if the request is made immediately after placing the order (i.e., before the product or service has been accessed or the work has commenced).

Limitations: We cannot accept cancellations once the service work has started (for example, web design/development services) or once digital content (such as online courses) has been accessed.

Exclusions for Cancellation

Online Courses: Once a significant portion of the course content has been accessed, cancellations or refunds will not be processed.

Web Design & Development Services: Cancellations are not possible once work has started.

Damaged or Defective Digital Products

Technical Issues: If you experience issues with accessing or using your digital product (e.g., broken links, corrupted files), please report it to us within 2 days of the issue. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, such as a replacement or access to the correct content..

Misrepresentation: If the content you receive does not match the description on our website (e.g., incorrect or missing modules), please contact us within 2 days so we can address it.

Online Courses

If you're not completely satisfied with your online course purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process under the following conditions:

Refund Request: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase via email at info@auemonix.com.
Eligibility: Refunds will only be granted if you have not substantially accessed the course content (e.g., a significant portion of the course has not been watched).
Exclusions: No refunds will be issued once a significant portion of the course content has been accessed or watched.

Web Design & Development Services

Our web design and development services are tailored to each client's needs. Therefore, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. However, if you are not satisfied with the progress, please contact us to discuss potential resolutions.

Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days from the project start date.
Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be considered for any unfinished work or services.
Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for completed projects or services already delivered.
